WILDLIFE AS SEEN THROUGH MY EYESWelcome to BeaknPaw Photos... I'm Teddy and I grew up collecting bugs (Praying Mantis my fave), climbing
trees to watch nesting birds, camping, and loving the outdoors. Getting
poison ivy at least once; scaling/cleaning fish I caught; and
catching lightning bugs made for a perfect summer at my grandparents' lake cottage.Some of my photographs are shot through window glass in our Certified Wildlife Habitat yard and gardens. With camera in hand, I expect the unexpected at our Cleveland Zoo or magnificent Metroparks. I am pleased to share this is my 5th year to be invited back to both the “GLOW” Winter Show as well as "The Orchid” Spring show, to sell my art in the stunning Garden Gift Shop. Capturing nature with a Canon EOS/R6 and a variety of lenses, I choose to adjust light or crop, in lieu of utilizing retouching/enhancing software. My desire is for you to see what I see, through my lens. For a photographic opportunity, crutch or wheelchair challenge rarely hampers my spirit or sense of adventure! My husband Steve is my mentor, a watercolorist, and my art show roadie during our art show years. We show cats now, it’s a terrific hobby! Watch for more kitty photos to be added.
